I make the artwork on platforms like Photoshop and Illustrator.

Most of my art will be signed 'Redsamalee', which is a pen-name I acquired a few years ago.

Laut Aaoon

An Album Art for a client's Youtube release of a romantic song based on the idea of 'finding stability in movement'. The elements like the modern caravan symbolize movement while finding a home in a person symbolizes stability. Besides YouTube, it was also released on other audio platforms like Spotify, Amazon Music, Gaana, Wynk Music and Apple Music.

Commissioned Work

The Awara Musafir Show

As the title suggests, this artwork is a logo custom made for a client's Instagram. The idea behind it is to represent everything the show stands for and includes illustrations made entirely based on the pictures clicked by the client.

Deja Vu

Here is another Album Art for a client who required the artwork to represent how someone in love can see their entire world in the eyes of their beloved.

Posters Reimagined

The Pursuit of Happyness

It's an amalgamation of the posters of two movies, 'The Pursuit of Happyness' starring Will Smith and 'Joker' starring Joaquin Phoenix. It represents how Joker pursues his idea of happiness, taking extreme measures, the way Chris Gardner pursues his own.

Pi Into The Wild

What if Pi and the infamous tiger, Richard Parker, got stuck into the wild and found the bus Christopher McCandless did, not in Alaska but in some uninhabited island? This is where ‘Life of Pi’ and ‘Into the Wild’ meet.

Black Swan: Poster Reimagined

Above is a minimalistic poster of the movie which puts forth the plot of it, however, giving only a hint of it at the same time. The red palette used represents the world of the performers, which is a major element of the story. Red is also one of the most catchy hues, which is exactly what a poster is supposed to do- capture attention.

Apur Sansaar Cover Reimagined

The loss of one of the prominent characters in the story not long after her marriage is portrayed as the grey palm, which is also simultaneously representative of the distance it causes between the father and his son.
